Please advise the name you wish to appear on your fascia sign located at the top front of your booth. Each booth fascia sign can have one line of text, with a maximum of 25 characters, including spaces. Signs will be printed in black text only.
Fascia signs will be provided for Interior Booths only and do not include the Support Services Displays.

1. You are providing your consent for the Department of Trade, Business and Asian Relations (DTBAR) to collect, use and disclose your personal information for the purpose of facilitating your attendance at or participation in this event. Your personal information may be in the form of your name and contact details, or in the form of photos, video and/or audio recordings of you during your attendance or participation at the event.
2. Your personal information may be shared by our Department as necessary with relevant staff, contractors and event organisers to facilitate your attendance or participation at the event;
3. You give permission for your name, photos, video and/or audio recordings to be used in advertising, publications, promotional materials, television commercials, cinema and radio advertisements, websites and social media accounts for the purpose of promoting or publicising the event (before and after), share the information with our service providers and images may be edited, modified or adapted for that purpose;
4. You may revoke your permission at any time by notice in writing to us, and every effort will be made to de-identify images or remove them from future distribution, however you acknowledge this may not be possible or practicable in some situations.
5. Photos, video and/or audio recordings may be stored indefinitely on the NTG Image Library Northern Territory Government Image Library.
6. You are entitled to seek access to your personal information held by DTBAR at any time by contacting DTBAR at FOI@nt.gov.au or
   08 8999 2500. You also have the right to request DTBAR to correct or update your personal information.
7. Otherwise, our collection, use, disclosure and dealings with your personal information will be in accordance with the Information Act 2002 (NT) and our Department’s Privacy Statement.

If you do not agree to the above, we will not be able to progress your attendance or participation at this event and you should not submit this request.
